Each platter caters for groups of approximately 80 people. We suggest to feed your guests adequately that you order at least 7-10 platters to avoid disappointment should your party be around 80 people. But please use our experience to order as we dont want your guests leaving hungry or the host feeling as if they have over ordered.

Upstairs Function Room & Verandah

  • Ideal for sit down meals or finger food
  • Can be exclusively booked out for your event with a minimum of 60 guests
  • Can comfortably sit 40 people inside and 48 people on the verandah
  • Standing room for approximately 120 people
  • Closes at 11.00pm, the hotel bar remains open until 11.30pm

A Room Hire fee of $250 is required to secure your date and location at time of booking. Payments can be made by either cash or EFTP. This room hire fee includes one bar staff member for 5 1/2 hours. Any further staff required to attend your function exclusively will be at a charge of $30 per hour. All money owing for food must be paid one week prior to the commencement of your function. Bar tabs can be settled at the completion of your function, however a credit card is required at the time of your function to commence your bar tab. One months cancellation notice of the function date is required for refund of room and hire fee.

Menu selections need to be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to your function and as mentioned above , paid for in full.

  • If we do not have it in this time we may not be able to cater for all your chosen selections
  • If you have any dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to contact our Chef to discuss these
  • Please specify when placing your function order if Gluten free or Lactose free selections are required

Music must be turned off no later than 10.30pm due to noise pollution laws –

  • A soloist can be arranged at your own expense, or
  • You may bring your iPod to plug into our speakers
